Isn't Milk Expensive?
No, milk is not expensive, especially when you consider the value you are getting for your dollar. Many drinks of lower nutritional value cost as much or more. An adult requires a minimum of two servings of milk products daily. Two cups of milk (500 mL) cost approximately 55¢.

Compared to most beverages, milk has a high nutrient density. One cup of milk is an excellent source of calcium, protein, riboflavin, vitamin B12 and vitamin D.
