Chocolate Milk:

Contains all the vitamins
A and D, calcium,
phosphorus, protein,
magnesium, zinc,
potassium, and vitamin
B-complex of white milk.

Contains about the same amount of sugar as an equal amount of unsweetened fruit juice.
